Terms & Conditions
Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Morocco Bahja Tours (“we,” “our,” or “us”) and any person (“you,” “guest,” or “traveler”) booking or participating in our tours.
By reserving a tour with Morocco Bahja Tours, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Morocco Bahja Tours is registered in the United States and partners with licensed Destination Management Companies (DMCs) in Morocco to provide on-the-ground services.
Booking and Payment
A deposit of twenty-five percent (25%) of the total tour price is required at the time of booking to reserve your place.
Tours are confirmed approximately forty-five (45) days prior to departure, once minimum participation requirements are met.
The remaining balance is due forty (40) days prior to departure, after the tour has been confirmed.
All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Tour Confirmation
Tours require a minimum number of participants to operate.
If a tour does not meet minimum participation requirements by the confirmation date, Morocco Bahja Tours reserves the right to cancel the departure.
In the event a tour is canceled by Morocco Bahja Tours, all payments made will be fully refunded.
Cancellations and Refunds
If you cancel your reservation, the following cancellation charges apply, based on the number of days before the tour’s start date:
60 days or more: Full refund minus a $250 administrative fee
30–59 days: 50% cancellation fee
29 days or fewer: No refund (100% cancellation fee)
These charges reflect non-refundable deposits and contractual obligations to accommodations, transportation providers, and local suppliers.
No refunds are available for no-shows or once the tour has commenced.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unexpected changes, medical needs, trip interruption, or cancellation.
Proof of medical coverage may be requested prior to departure.
Health and Fitness
Guests should be in good health and able to participate in moderate walking and cultural activities.
It is the guest’s responsibility to inform Morocco Bahja Tours of any medical conditions, mobility concerns, or dietary restrictions prior to travel.
Itinerary Changes and Substitutions
Morocco Bahja Tours reserves the right to adjust itineraries due to weather, local conditions, safety considerations, or unforeseen events.
Equivalent accommodations or experiences may be substituted when necessary.
Any changes are made in the interest of guest safety and overall experience quality.
Liability Waiver
Travel involves inherent risks, including transportation, walking on uneven terrain, and exposure to local conditions.
Morocco Bahja Tours is not liable for injury, loss, delay, or damage beyond its reasonable control.
Guests participate at their own risk and are responsible for obtaining appropriate insurance coverage.
